Pursuant to the terms and conditions of home insurance, 1/2020

"p.108" a deductible, which is the amount the policyholder must pay themselves, is applied in each insured event. You will find the amount of the deductible in your insurance policy.
"p.109" pursuant to clause 109, in the case of a loss event of all-risk insurance that has occurred to computers and computer equipment, mobile phones, tablet computers, smart watches and other smart devices, the double rate of the deductible set out in the policy is applied.
"p.135" if repairing household property is technically possible and economically feasible, the amount of damage will be equal to the amount of the repair costs.
"p.137" the reacquisition value of a new item is the basis for compensation. It is the amount for which the damaged device can be bought as almost new.
"p.142" pursuant to clause 142, damage to computers and computer equipment, mobile phones, tablet computers, smart watches and other smart devices older than 12 months is indemnified by deducting the reduction of indemnity at the rate of 25% a year from the reacquisition value of a brand new object (clause 137)
